These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by WOL Design Studio DBA Sliding Door Heroes ("Company," "we," "us") and our website at slidingdoorheroes.com. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide sliding glass door repair, roller replacement, track repair, lock and handle repair, screen door repair, and pocket door repair services in the Orlando and Central Florida area. All work is subject to a free on-site estimate and your approval before any repair begins.

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are free and provided on-site after inspection of the door.
• Pricing is flat-rate — the price quoted before work begins is the price you pay. No hidden fees.
• Online estimate ranges shown on our website are typical for common repairs and are not binding quotes.
• You are under no obligation to proceed with any repair after receiving an estimate.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept the following payment methods:

• Check — no fee
• Zelle — no fee
• Cash — no fee
• Credit or debit card — 4% convenience fee applies

Warranty

All completed repairs are covered by a 6-month warranty on labor and parts. If the same issue recurs within 6 months of the repair date, we will return and remedy it at no additional charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications made by others after our service.

Appointments and Cancellations

• We will confirm your appointment window by phone or text.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at (407) 553-5450.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or weather conditions.

Service Area

Our services are available within our designated service zones across the Greater Orlando and Central Florida area. Availability is determined by ZIP code. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our service area.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are fully licensed and insured for the services we provide.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
