- Zoom Phone — our business phone system, used for calls and SMS messaging. When you call us and we are unable to answer, we may send you an automated SMS reply through Zoom Phone with links to our online booking page and callback request form.
- Google Tag Manager & Google Ads — used for website analytics and advertising measurement. Google may collect anonymized data about your visit per their privacy policy.
- Microsoft Clarity — used for behavioral analytics (session recordings, heatmaps). Data is anonymized and used solely to improve the website experience.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
SMS Communications & Consent
Consent. By calling our business phone number (407) 553-5450, you provide prior express invitation for us to send you an automated SMS reply if we are unable to answer your call. This SMS contains a link to our online booking page and a callback request form.
Message Frequency. SMS frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will typically receive one SMS per missed call.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any SMS we send. After opting out, you will not receive any further automated SMS messages from us. You may opt back in by replying START or UNSTOP.
